Meet Andy
Straightforward IT help from someone who has worked across the whole stack
Andy Way's IT career began at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he spent four years maintaining a six-server Novell NetWare 3.11 network supporting approximately 60 clients and integrating that environment with the university's DEC VAX/VMS systems.
He later worked with MSPs, MAS 90 environments, banks, and medium-to-large local businesses before becoming a Senior Regional IT Manager. During 17 years with a company that grew into one of the country's largest media companies and became a Fortune 500 company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, he earned his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer credential and supported the infrastructure behind a rapidly growing organization.
After additional MSP roles and a period operating his own IT services company, Andy has returned to helping households and small businesses solve technology problems with honest guidance, personal service, and practical solutions.
